USA   CNP is a web based project of Eco Sierra Gorda, a Utah based nonprofit founded in 2008 and ________  IRS approval of 501 c3 request to receive tax deductible donations.

Grupo Ecológico Sierra Gorda I.A.P. is an internationally recognized leader in community-based management of a World Biosphere Reserve, and since 1987 has involved generations of students, teachers, parents and authorities in a regional sustainable development plan and achieved the federal decree as a Biosphere in 1997. From 2001 to 2009 the Global Environment Facility invested 6.7 million dollars that were administered by the United Nations Development Program and the oversight of the National Commission of Natural Protected Areas and finally the operation by the Federal Director´s office and the local organizations. This unique partnership between government and civil society succeeded in raising a matching fund of 32 million dollars, incluiding in-kind support and governmental programs for sustainable programs.
